7–14 business days for handmade, custom, or large mixed-media pieces
(Processing times may vary depending on order volume or complexity.)
Orders are not processed on weekends or bank holidays.
If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

3. Order Tracking

Artwork that requires special handling may be shipped using a non-standard courier; tracking may vary.
4. Packaging & Handling
All artwork is packaged securely to prevent damage, using:

Protective wrapping

Reinforced boxes
-
Corner and surface protection for canvases
Large or high-value pieces may require special packaging or courier handling, which will be reflected in shipping fees.
5. International Customs, Duties & Taxes
CristinaCoArt is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or delays caused by customs inspections.
These charges are determined by your country’s regulations and must be paid by the customer.
Failure to pay customs fees may result in your item being returned, destroyed, or withheld by customs, and no refund will be provided.
6. Shipping Address Requirements
Please ensure your shipping address is:

CristinaCoArt is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If the order is returned due to address error, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the item.
7. Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once handed to the courier, CristinaCoArt is not liable for:

Lost packages caused by postal services
If a parcel is lost:

A courier investigation will be opened (this may take 7–30 days).

A replacement or store credit may be issued only after the investigation is completed and the courier confirms the loss.
Refunds are not available for delays outside our control.
8. Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

A description of the issue
If approved, we will provide a replacement (if available) or a refund.
Claims submitted after 48 hours cannot be accepted.
