Refund Policy

At CristinaCoArt, every piece is handmade with care and attention to detail. Due to the nature of our artwork and artisan products, we operate a strict No Refunds and No Returns policy, except in cases where an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

1. No Refunds Policy

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer error

  • Colour variations due to screen differences

  • Custom-made or personalised items

  • Artwork or products that are handmade and may naturally vary in appearance

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

2. Exceptions — When Refunds May Apply

A refund is only possible if:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your product arrived damaged or defective

In these cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

You must provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

  • A description of the issue

If approved, we will:

  • Offer a replacement (if available) or

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method

CristinaCoArt reserves the right to deny refund requests if evidence is insufficient or outside the 48-hour reporting window.

3. Returns

Because our products are handmade, one-of-a-kind, or limited editions:

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Do not send any product back to us unless we specifically request it.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Handmade artwork

  • Mixed-media pieces

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Digital downloads (if applicable)

  • Artisan bags or wearable items that have been used

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund is approved but not received within 10 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider first.
